Last Updated: May, 2024.
This document aims to address frequently asked questions from our consumers regarding REACH and Vubetti products.
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT SCOPE
Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals (REACH) of the European Union, in force since June 1, 2007, establishes measures to limit the use of hazardous chemicals and regulate the exposure of consumers to these. In compliance with REACH, Vubetti is committed to answering consumer questions about the presence of specific substances in its products, thus ensuring safe use. Our company is fully aware of the legal obligations associated with REACH and takes measures in accordance with said regulations.
NOTIFICATION OF SUBSTANCES OF VERY CONCERN IN JEWELLERY
If a jewel contains substances of very high concern (SVHC) in a concentration greater than 0.1% by weight, consumers have the right to request information about such substances and the safe use of the jewell. All Vubetti products go through a rigorous testing program to ensure they are free of SVHC at concentrations greater than 0.1% by weight. We review this statement with each update to the SVHC list and with new information related to these substances.
