Return Costs: At Vubetti®, we cover all return shipping costs, including if the return is a result of an incorrect or defective product.

Our orders always arrive with free shipping, both nationally (UK) and internationally (Europe). UK Shipping: Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days. International Shipping to Europe: Orders usually arrive within 7 to 12 business days, with free shipping for all purchases. We will notify you by email as soon as your order has been processed, and again if we have a tracking number for your order. You can monitor the status of your order from the "My Account" section by clicking on "My Orders" to view the order status and obtain the tracking number. Preparation for shipping your order (quality control, packaging, documentation, etc.) usually takes 1 to 2 business days. This period is not included in the total shipping time.
