At checkout, choose delivery and select your preferred payment method from options: Card, PayPal, Pay Later, Apple Pay, Google Pay or pay in 3 times with Klarna.

 

Click on "checkout" to complete your purchase and receive an email confirmation.

You can monitor the status of your order in "My Account" section, and we will also notify you via email whenever there is a change in the status of your order.

If an item is currently out of stock, we make every effort to restock it as quickly as possible, but don't forget that at VUBETTI we work with few units of each product and we quickly renew new ideas, always looking for trends and originality. However, if restocking the item is not possible, we will remove it from the website.

We accept the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, DinnersClub, JCB, IN, PayPal, Pay Later, Apple Pay, Google Pay and pay in 3 times with Klarna. Please note that we do not accept cash, checks, or phone orders.

 

Once your bank authorizes the payment, you will receive a confirmation email for the order. However, the amount will not be deducted from your account until the items leave our warehouse for the destination you specified. This means that if, for any reason, we are unable to send any of the items you ordered, there will be no charge for that specific item.

 

There are several reasons why your credit card might be rejected:

The card could be expired. Please check the expiration date to ensure it is valid.

You may have reached your card's limit. Contact your bank to confirm that your card has not exceeded its purchasing limit.

Make sure you have correctly entered all the card details.

Paying with a bank card at VUBETTI.com is secure. We use the encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to transmit your card information in encrypted form, ensuring the protection of your data. For credit card transactions, the security code number (CVV2) on the back of the card is required. This information is only visible if you have physical access to the card and will not be saved on our website.

DELIVERY

Our orders usually arrive earlier than expected.

 

These shipments usually take approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive in the United Kingdom area without shipping costs, free for the customer, and 7 to 12 days to other countries at a cost of £4.99. If the purchase exceeds £60, international shipping will be free for the customer. In the smallest of cases, shipments may take up to a maximum of 90 days and we will not be responsible for delays less than those 90 days.

Preparation for shipping your order (communication with supplier, quality control, packaging, documentation, etc.) usually takes between 1 and 5 business days to complete. This period is NOT included in the total shipping time. Shipping time may be longer than expected due to reasons such as invalid address or other unforeseen circumstances. We will not be responsible for orders delayed for such reasons.

You will receive an email when your order has been placed in store and you will receive another email if we have a tracking number for your order. The email usually includes a tracking number, although sometimes it may not be available depending on the courier company used. You can check the status of your order from "My Account". Click on "My Orders" to view the order status and obtain the tracking number or contact our customer service department through our email address hola@increiblo.com or through our chat on the home page.

After the maximum 90-day waiting period, you have 10 days to report a lost order if you have not received it. After this period no claims will be accepted.

​

In most cases, we will have a tracking locator code once the package is in transit (it may take a few days for the package to appear in our systems after being with the courier company). Please note that we are not a postal service or courier company, and if you are not at the address given at the time of delivery, you will need to go to the post office or courier office or contact them to arrange pickup. Please ask us if you need the location code to proceed with the collection.
